Ghirardelli Award Winning Brownies

Brownie

Ghirardelli chocolate tastes wonderful and I love to eat their Intense Dark 60% cacao chocolate bars. I usually keep few chocolate bars at my cubicle because when I'm stress or overwhelm at work, I eat a piece or two as a stress reliever. It tastes very good when I sip it with green tea. The dark chocolate melts and gives a nice velvety taste. It's an indulgence that washes my stress away.

I bought their Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa some time ago and saw their award wining brownie recipe on the back canister. I had all the ingredients in hand and decided it was a perfect day to bake on a nice warm sunny weather.
